For all matters concerning reservation or booking or payment please note the terms and conditions of our policy as follows:

Confirmation & Payment Policy

All items request can be made and confirmed by email or SMS.In case of immediate confirmation at least 10 days special for group, principles will be informed of the booking status. Reconfirmation is required at least 7 days prior guest arrival, followed by name list and deposit payment 50 % of the total payment as reservation guarantee and the rest payment should be settle upon guest arrival. 

Cancellation Policy

For cancellation or no shows made within 5 days before arrival, deposit payment will be charge (no refund) as per cancellation policy.

Liability 

Holiday Bali Tours acts as an intermediary between the concerned airlines, hotels, restaurants, transport, local tourist officers providing the product and services 

Holiday Bali Tours therefore not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by the tourist, including those occurred outside the touring program.

Additional expenses incurred due to the delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the tourist. Program prices, services and others conditions are based on those valid at the time of printing and therefore subject to change without prior notice before or during the tour
